Polluted Utopia,  30" X 36"

Description: Polluted Utopia.

Our utopia, our beautiful planet, our home.   Although Man is polluting it with untold toxins, the theme is positive and promotes hope as our awareness, and perhaps our very survival, will eventually prompt us to respect our living planet.   We will once again live in peaceful and harmonious existence with nature.

The colourful veil of pollution screening the sun’s rays expresses the fascinating and often awesome beauty of elements within our world.   As a result of elements being affected by pollution, their effects can be breathtaking - such as the awesome glow of a massive red-orange sun setting within a smog-filled city sky.

The eye, with fireworks within it, represents the eager and fervent eye of God always watching and observing, waiting for us to realize our potential.  Awaiting to celebrate.

Painted to the music of  Debussy, Spyro Gyra and Pink Floyd.
